The CS-002 is a custom conical (tapered) compression spring built for engineers and procurement teams who need stable force control in tight axial spaces. Because its coil diameter decreases along the length, the larger coils begin to close first under load — giving a progressive spring rate and a very low solid height (coils can nest down toward a single wire diameter). This makes it a strong choice where a standard cylindrical spring would be too tall when compressed, or where resonance under high-frequency cycling is a concern.
Manufactured to your drawing in wire diameters from 1–20 mm across carbon, alloy, stainless and special-alloy wire, with full surface-treatment options. Each batch passes multi-stage in-process QC for dimensional and load consistency.
