The CS-003 is a custom barrel-shaped (convex) compression spring designed for engineers and procurement teams who need reliable force control under heavy or unevenly distributed loads. Its thick center and tapered ends give it two practical advantages over a straight cylindrical spring:

• Lateral stability & anti-buckling — the barrel profile resists side-bowing, so it stays seated and performs consistently in long-stroke or tight-bore installations.
• Compact solid height — coils can nest, allowing a lower solid height where axial space is limited.

Built to your drawing in wire diameters from 1–20 mm across carbon, alloy, stainless and special-alloy wire, with full surface-treatment options for corrosion resistance and fatigue life. Every batch passes multi-stage in-process QC for dimensional and load consistency.
